Newtown is a band that is on the cutting edge of what bluegrass has to offer today. Though steeped in tradition and able to give a confident nod to the music of yesterday, Newtown is a band of young, talented, and creative musicians and singers able to transcend what is expected to be the “norm” for Bluegrass bands. Instead, they unveil a fresh new sound that shows what is possible for the bluegrass music of tomorrow. ~ Jeremy Garrett/The Infamous Stringdusters
